SOWE advances economic equity by equipping women entrepreneurs with comprehensive business education, mentorship, and access to critical resources, including capital and networks. Through structured programming and ongoing support, we enable women to launch, grow, and sustain successful enterprises, driving economic mobility, job creation, and long-term community impact.
Our Approach

Our systematic approach ensures women entrepreneurs receive comprehensive support across education, mentorship, capital access, business development, and community building.
Entrepreneurial Education
Structured, curriculum-based training that builds core business competencies including business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and legal structures. Participants gain foundational knowledge to confidently start and operate a business.
Mentorship & Coaching
Access to experienced entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and business coaches. Includes one-on-one coaching, peer-to-peer learning cohorts, and industry-specific mentorship to reduce trial-and-error and accelerate growth.
Access to Capital & Resources
Connecting women entrepreneurs to financial tools and the ecosystem needed to scale. Includes grant readiness, microloans, lending partnerships, and access to business services and technology.
Business Development & Scaling
Support beyond startup—focused on growth, revenue, and sustainability. Covers revenue strategy, procurement opportunities, strategic partnerships, and operational systems to move from startup to stable, revenue-generating enterprises.
Community & Network Building
Creating an ecosystem where women entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and thrive. Includes networking events, alumni engagement, collaborative opportunities, and visibility platforms for long-term support.
